1. The ore discharge gap needs to be adjusted according to the degree of wear of the liner to ensure the particle size of the product.
2. Due to processing errors on the surface of the liner, the ore contains iron. In order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment, it is necessary to avoid the collision of moving and fixed cone liners.
3. The spring cone crusher shall not be overloaded.If the feed particles are too large and the discharge port is too small, the inlet will be increased at will.
4. The maximum particle size should be 80-85% of the inlet.
5. When non-broken materials (iron, metal, etc.) enter the crushing chamber, the spring plays a role in protecting the cone crusher.
Preparation, inspection work and permitted operating conditions before the cone crusher is started
1. Check whether the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil levels in the hydraulic and lubrication stations are appropriate (the middle position of the oil mark), whether the oil quality is good, whether the color is normal, and clean up the foreign objects in the oil return filter;
2. Turn on the oil pump and check whether there is oil leakage or other faults in the oil pump and pipeline; check whether the oil pressure is between 0.5-1.2kg/cm2; check whether the oil return is smooth and the oil flow is stable;
3. Clean up the dust and foreign objects adsorbed by the lubricating oil cooler;
4. Clean up the dust of the air filter element of the hair dryer;
5. Whether the connecting bolts of each part are fastened;
6. Whether the accumulator pressure is normal;
7. Whether there is ore or other foreign objects in the crushing chamber; the user can only start the machine after all personnel have cleaned it up;
8. Whether the PLC is working normally;
9. Whether the upper and lower processes have the conditions for the crusher to start;
10. For normal boot, you must use a computer to start, and do not operate manually.Its purpose is to enable the PLC to provide a complete protection function for the crusher.
Note: If the above is abnormal, it needs to be processed to normal.Otherwise, do not start the crusher.

1. Closely observe whether the lubricating oil pressure is normal (about 400Kpa), and whether the fuel tank and oil return temperature are normal;
2. Check once in 10-15 minutes for copper or aluminum on the oil return filter of the lubrication station;
3. Whether the air cooler starts when the oil return temperature exceeds 45℃; whether the air cooler stops running when the oil return temperature is below 39℃;
4. When the current exceeds 450A, whether sound and light alarm;
5. Whether the accumulator pressure is normal;
6. Whether the PLC is working normally;
7. Whether the pressure of the hydraulic system is normal; whether the beating of the adjustment ring is normal; it needs to be adjusted when the beating of the adjustment ring is frequent;
8. Whether the feeding is normal (the fabric needs to be uniform to achieve the required feeding).
