Strictly control the feeding size
An important parameter of the 69-type jaw breaker is the larger feed size.
The design size of the feeding port of the 69-type jaw breaker has such a formula: feeding port size= (1.1~1.25)* The size of the larger particles of the raw material.
In actual use, it is easy for the operator to use the measured inlet size as the larger feed size.Once a large piece of raw material exceeds the size specified by the jaw crusher model, it is easy to cause the cavity to be stuck.As long as a blockage occurs, the equipment will not be able to operate normally for a certain period of time.
Therefore, the size of the raw materials needs to be strictly controlled to ensure the normal operation of the 69-type jaw breaker.

Strictly control the amount of feed
Many enterprises have carried out technical transformation of the silos because of insufficient initial feeding, which seriously affects production. However, the transformed silos often have another phenomenon of overkill due to the lack of devices to limit the amount of feeding, namely excessive feeding.
Since the working principle of E breaking is half-paced work, if excessive materials are invested, the materials will be too late to be broken, and the broken materials cannot be eliminated in time, resulting in stuck materials.Therefore, both broken material and excessive feeding will affect the output of E broken.
Rhythm feeding, control feeding
Nowadays, most of the crushing sections of mineral processing enterprises use end chutes for feeding, and 2/3 of the entire feeding equipment is even exposed out of the warehouse as a whole. Due to the remote feeding port, the feeding equipment has completely become a vibrating chute, not only the feeding speed is poor, but also the wear is serious.
The preferred feeding position of the ore feeder should be within 1/3 of the top of the equipment, but vertical feeding is strictly prohibited to prevent the equipment from losing vibration capacity or affecting the conveying effect under pressure.
Especially if the dump truck is used to directly unload the material, the disadvantages of vertical feeding are even more serious.Therefore, how to adjust the angle of the lower silo to ensure that the cutting is smooth and the material is not pressed, so that the rhythm of the feeder is consistent with the processing rhythm of the 69-type jaw breaking machine, is the technical guarantee for normal feeding.
