Process flow of VU aggregate optimization system
The bucket elevator transports the raw materials to the top floor, and the conveyor belt is fed into the VU impact breaking. After high-frequency stone beating and stone grinding, it enters the mold-controlled screen. After sorting, the screen is loaded and returned to the VU impact breaking for reprocessing, and the screen is cut into the VU granulator to shape into quasi-finished sand. At the same time, the amount of stone powder is controlled by the wind selection of the pulsed dust collector.Finally, the quasi-finished sand is evenly mixed through a humidifying mixer to form the finished mechanism sand, and the stone powder is uniformly stored in the powder mine warehouse.
