On-site situation: The material enters the 2F5X1245 vibrating feeder from the hopper, the waste is sieved out through the grate and the lower screen of the feeder, the 20-100mm material directly enters the transfer silo, and the material above 100mm enters the JC840x1100 jaw crusher through the feeder. After the primary crushing, it enters the transfer silo, and then it is fed by the belt conveyor into the HPT300C multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. After crushing, the material is sieved through the 3YZS1860 vibrating screen to obtain 0-5-10- 20mm finished material; after the material greater than 20mm enters the transfer silo, it is fed into the HPT300F multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher through the belt conveyor for three-stage crushing (fine crushing), and the broken material is sieved through the 3YZS2160 vibrating screen to obtain 0-5-10- 20mm finished material.
