How to configure the calcite crushing production line?

Equipment configuration: feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, vibrating screen, conveyor, etc.
Advantages of the production line: The configuration of the production line is very high, and the product particle size is very good, especially in the environmental protection area. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, low consumption of wear parts, low stone powder content, good sealing, less dust at work, and low noise.
Calcite production line process flow
Process flow: masterbatch stacking → vibrating feeder → jaw crusher → impact crusher → vibrating screen → qualified material → belt conveyor → silo storage.
- Feeding: Large pieces of calcite mined from the mine are fed into the vibrating feeder through a dump truck.
- Crushing: The vibrating feeder evenly feeds the calcite stone into the jaw crusher for one coarse crushing, and then through the belt conveyor to the impact crusher/single-cylinder cone crusher for two medium (fine) crushing.
- Pre-screening: The calcite gravel after the secondary medium (fine) crushing is pre-screened by a vibrating screen, and those that meet the particle size of the sand making machine are fed into the sand making machine, and those that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the counterattack breaking/cone breaking processing again.
- Finished product screening: The finished product processed by counterattack breaking/cone breaking is then sieved through a vibrating screen to screen out the finished material of different specifications and sizes.
- Packaging: The particle size of the finished product can be connected and graded according to the special requirements of customers.
