- Do a good job in the daily maintenance of crusher equipment.Regularly inspect the equipment, replace the grease, adjust the belt, and check the core parts and wear-resistant parts. The operator should always check the value on the thermometer during work, stop and inspect immediately if a problem is found, and immediately eliminate the fault if it is found.For those who cannot find the reason for a while, the crusher must not be left to work with illness without treatment.
- Clean up the oil and dust from the motor fuselage in time to ensure that the engine maintains good heat dissipation.Although some equipment is now equipped with dust-proof systems, which reduces the probability of downtime due to dust, the dust problem will become more serious in summer due to high temperatures and dry air.For example, the fixing bolts of the dust-proof sealing slip ring should be checked regularly to prevent the dust-proof seal and slip ring from falling off, causing a large amount of dust and mineral sand to enter the body, causing the crusher to be scrapped or major economic losses.
- Replace the appropriate oil viscosity grade for the equipment. Generally, the oil viscosity grade in summer is higher than at other times.Motor oil and lubricating oil everywhere need to be replaced with summer oil. The amount of oil is appropriate. Check frequently for oil spills, and the fuel should be replenished in time.
- Check whether the cooling system and fuel system are unobstructed, and replace the aging wires, plugs, oil pipes, screws, and tighten the fuel lines to prevent fuel leakage.
- During the operation of the crusher, always pay attention to the temperature of the crusher bearing. Under normal working conditions, the bearing temperature rise should be within the range of 35 degrees and should not exceed 70 degrees.The bearings are kept in good lubrication condition, and pay attention to the sound and vibration for abnormalities.
- Regardless of whether the equipment is in shutdown or working condition, place the equipment in a cool place as much as possible, such as setting up temporary awnings and sun protection nets for the equipment to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, which will cause the equipment to age and affect work quality and work efficiency.
- The environment of the indoor equipment is good. Set it in a place with good ventilation. At the same time, pay attention to adjusting the indoor temperature and the ventilation and breathability of the surrounding environment. The temperature does not exceed 40 degrees to provide a good working environment for the crusher.
