Here is to introduce the configuration of its crushing production line, which is actually the type of crusher and auxiliary equipment that needs to be used in the crushing process.
The raw material for the production of road ballasts is super-grade granite, which has a relatively high hardness. When crushing, jaw crushers are generally selected as the first crushing, and cone crushers are used as the second and third stages of medium and fine crushing equipment. Case 1. Configuration of 100-150t/h ballast crushing production line
In this production line, the ballast processing capacity requirement is 100-150t/h, and the raw material is premium granite. The main equipment required are: 1 raw material warehouse, 1 iron remover, 1 vibrating screen, 1 cone crusher, 2 vibrating feeders, and 1 jaw crusher. These different equipment are combined into specific production lines according to production requirements to realize the production of ballasts.；
Case 2. Configuration of 150-180t/h ballast crushing production line
In this production line, the ballast processing capacity requirement is 150-180t/h, and the raw material is premium granite. The main equipment required are: 1 raw material warehouse, 2 vibrating screens, 1 single-cylinder cone crusher, 1 iron remover, 1 jaw crusher, and 1 vibrating feeder. These different equipment are combined into specific production lines according to production requirements to realize the production of ballasts.；
Case 3. Configuration of 350-400t/h ballast crushing production line
In this production line, the ballast processing capacity requirement is 150-180t/h, and the raw material is premium granite. The main equipment required are: 1 high-level silo, 1 raw material silo, 1 iron remover, 3 vibrating screens, 3 cone crushers, 5 vibrating feeders, and 1 jaw crusher. These different equipment are combined into specific production lines according to production requirements to realize the production of ballasts.；
