Front Stage: Broken

Stage Two: Grinding

The crushed small pieces of material are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding by the vibrating feeder.

Stage Three: Grading

The fine powder after grinding is classified by the classifier, and the unqualified powder is classified by the classifier and returned to the main machine for re-grinding.

The fourth stage: collecting powder

The fineness powder enters the dust collector along with the airflow through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then uniformly packed by a powder tanker or an automatic packing machine.

The entire system operates under negative pressure, and is equipped with a pulse dust collector for centralized dust collection, which meets the national environmental protection standards.
