Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Crusher Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical crushers and associated machinery in mining, quarrying, or recycling environments.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assemble, install, and align crushers (jaw, cone, impact, gyratory).
✔ Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on crushing equipment.
✔ Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical components (bearings, shafts, gears).
✔ Read and interpret engineering drawings and manuals.
✔ Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA/MSHA).
✔ Collaborate with electricians and welders for cross-functional repairs.

Requirements:

✅ Trade qualification (Mechanical Fitting/Machining or equivalent).
✅ 3+ years of experience maintaining heavy crushers/mining equipment.
✅ Proficiency in hydraulic/pneumatic systems and gearbox repairs.
✅ Familiarity with welding/fabrication is a plus.
